Our 24/7 concierge provides more than just security; they welcome you personally when you arrive, manage your package deliveries (including refrigerated storage for groceries), coordinate guest access, and act as your first point of contact for any building needs.

Is The Whitney subject to rent control?

As a brand-new, luxury purpose-built rental completed after November 2018, The Whitney is not subject to provincial rent increase guidelines. However, we pride ourselves on our long-term resident relationships and fair, market-based renewals. Long term, fixed-rate rent options are available.
